• Work with product development and services teams to organize sprint meetings – bringing stakeholders together and ensuring necessary team communication take place. • Facilitate daily standup meetings, sprint planning, and sprint closeout (review and retrospective meetings) Release planning, Demos, and other Scrum-related meetings. • Ensure daily scrum discussions are brief and relevant. • Remove project impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve problems reactively and proactively. • Involve all stakeholders to size work and ensure sprints have optimum velocity. • Communicate constantly with IT, Business and provide senior management with visibility on project execution via Sprint/Release burndown charts. • Resolve team conflicts by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect. • Work closely with the Product Owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features. • Estimate effort and clarify requirements and edge cases by facilitating backlog grooming meetings.

Salary: $92,000.00 /year
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related with three years of experience.
