• Design and lead end-to-end UX research using mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative), including usability studies, surveys, experimental design, card sorts, tree tests, and systematic literature reviews. • Develop research roadmaps, documentation, and repositories to scale insights across teams and build institutional knowledge. • Conduct literature reviews and create theory-informed research briefs grounded in behavioural science to guide product decisions. • Define success and guardrail metrics; perform power analyses, randomization, and statistical testing including t-tests, regression, and ANOVA. • Use tools such as SQL, Python, and R to clean, model, and visualize experimental and behavioural data. • Translate complex research data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams. • Present research findings through compelling storytelling tailored to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Facilitate workshops using service design principles to align stakeholders and drive consensus on product priorities and strategic direction. • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to shape strategic research roadmaps and influence product decisions through evidence-based recommendations. • Apply remote research platforms including UserTesting.com, dscout, Qualtrics, and Alchemer to recruit participants, administer studies, and collect behavioural data at scale. • Establish validation models and scalable research frameworks to assess the technical feasibility, user adoption potential, and operational impact of emerging retail technologies. • Evaluate early-stage concepts and emerging technologies including generative AI and virtual reality tools, translating research findings into validated product strategies for digital and physical retail contexts. • Stay current with research methodologies, behavioural science literature, and experimentation best practices to continuously advance the quality and rigor of research conducted at 7NEXT R&D Labs.

Salary: $130,000.00 / Year
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related with Four years of experience.
